The Creative Act of Living Well is a 6-week spring group experience exploring how to build a life that supports who you are.
Through weekly live sessions, reflection, and simple practices, you’ll begin to understand your personal process — how you work, think, and move through the world — and how to create structures and nourishment that reflect that.
This program is an invitation to approach daily life as something you design, rather than something you need to optimize or perfect.
