The Creative Act of Living Well
A 6 week spring group prgram · April 21 – May 26
Tuesday evenings · Live online
How to build a life that supports who you are
Most of us are trying to improve our lives without ever asking a fundamental question:
Who am I actually building this life for?
We inherit countless ideas about what it means to live well: ideas about productivity, discipline, health, and success. Over time, these ideas shape the routines we try to follow and the standards we hold ourselves to.
But often, those routines were designed for someone else.
So we try to impose structure on our lives, only to feel frustrated when it doesn’t work. We assume the problem is a lack of discipline, when in reality the structure itself may not reflect who we are.
The Creative Act of Living Well begins from a different premise:
That building a life is inherently creative.
Your routines, the way you nourish yourself, and the structures you establish are expressions of your values and your relationship to yourself.
This program is an invitation to explore that process.
How do you build a life that actually supports who you are?
Not the person you think you should be, or the version of you that productivity culture rewards.
The real, living, breathing person that you are.
Over six weeks, we explore that question through:
✺ self-observation
✺ personal process
✺ daily routines
✺ nourishment
✺ cyclical awareness
Who this program is for
Many thoughtful, creative people find themselves here — wanting to live intentionally, but needing a framework that honours their individuality rather than overriding it.
This may feel familiar if you:
✺ feel like you’re constantly trying to create routines for a version of yourself that doesn’t quite exist
✺ crave structure around your creative process, but resist rigid systems
✺ aren’t sure how to manage your time in a way that actually feels authentic to you
✺ are an entrepreneur, creative, or independent thinker figuring out your flow
✺ want to nourish your body, mind, and life in a way that feels sustainable and personal
✺ feel drawn to the intersection of food, creativity, and self-inquiry
This program is:
✺ a framework for understanding how you function
✺ a space to explore nourishment, self-observation, and structure
✺ a place to design a life that feels supportive
It is not:
✺ a productivity program
✺ a rigid wellness protocol
✺ a course about optimizing yourself
