WORK WITH ME

I believe healing should be accessible, empowering, and personal. That’s why I offer a range of ways to work together—at different levels of support and price points—so you can choose what feels most aligned for you. Take a look below to explore the full spectrum of my offerings.

1:1 SUPPORT

My 1:1 Support is designed to be flexible and to meet you where you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In my 1:1 work, I support you in reconnecting with your body, developing sustainable practices for wellbeing, and building routines and rituals that align with your own unique needs and the cycles of nature.

These sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're looking to establish structure in the kitchen, create new rhythms, or move through a period of personal transformation, this is a space for deep listening, individualized care, and sustainable change.

I combine nutritional and lifestyle guidance with intersectional frameworks, and spiritual insight.

Together, we work to bring you into deeper relationship with yourself by creating space to:

  • attune to your body’s signals and cycles

  • bring awareness to unhelpful patterns

  • build rituals that support your capacity and creativty

  • feel resourced in daily life

Our work is intimate, collaborative, and always rooted in the belief that you are your own best healer. The beautiful thing about health is that it’s an ongoing conversation with yourself. Learning how to listen is core to my teaching.

THE KITCHEN TABLE

A community newsletter where we explore health through an inclusive and expansive lens!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The Kitchen Table is a place where I share reflections, practical tools, and pieces from my own life to help you feel more at home in your body, your practices, and your life. My work moves between food and cooking, embodied health, self-inquiry, cyclical living, and the structures and practices that support us through everyday life.

Some weeks are personal: what I’m noticing, questioning, changing, or learning. Others draw more deeply from my work as a holistic nutritionist and yoga teacher, exploring the frameworks, practices, and philosophies that shape how I think about health and how I work with clients.

Since this is The Kitchen Table, food is always part of the conversation. I share what I’m cooking, growing, baking, and eating throughout the seasons, alongside the books, art, ideas, practices, and other sources of inspiration that keep me curious and connected to the world around me.

You can expect:

  • Personal essays and reflections on health, creativity, relationships, home, and the ongoing process of building a life

  • Practical frameworks for routines, nourishment, capacity, self-inquiry, and living well

  • Deeper explorations of nutrition, embodiment, seasonal health, and the practices I use in my own life and work

  • Seasonal food writing, garden and kitchen diaries, and what I’m cooking on repeat

  • Twice-monthly recipe drops for paid subscribers

  • Recommendations for books, podcasts, practices, recipes, products, and whatever else I genuinely think is worth sharing

Paid subscribers receive the full weekly Kitchen Table, two recipe drops each month, and access to the complete archive. Free subscribers receive two newsletters each month.

I want this space to feel like a kitchen table: the center of the home where we can hang out, chat in the comments, and work through what health and life mean to us. Pull up your seat!
