My 1:1 Support is designed to be flexible and to meet you where you are.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
In my 1:1 work, I support you in reconnecting with your body, developing sustainable practices for wellbeing, and building routines and rituals that align with your own unique needs and the cycles of nature.
These sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're looking to establish structure in the kitchen, create new rhythms, or move through a period of personal transformation, this is a space for deep listening, individualized care, and sustainable change.
I combine nutritional and lifestyle guidance with intersectional frameworks, and spiritual insight.
Together, we work to bring you into deeper relationship with yourself by creating space to:
attune to your body’s signals and cycles
bring awareness to unhelpful patterns
build rituals that support your capacity and creativty
feel resourced in daily life
Our work is intimate, collaborative, and always rooted in the belief that you are your own best healer. The beautiful thing about health is that it’s an ongoing conversation with yourself. Learning how to listen is core to my teaching.

For those ready to lay a strong foundation, build supportive routines, and implement new habits.
What’s included:
One 75-minute intake session to review your health history and set goals
Three 45-minute sessions scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to check in and cover topics including but not limited to: routine, daily habits, blood sugar balancing, and how to plan and prepare for whole food cooking
Additional support via email in between sessions if you have questions, want to share accomplishments, or need additional encouragement or accountability
A personally tailored support plan PDF inclusive of a sample meal plan, recipes, targeted supplements and lifestyle recommendations
Investment: $500 + HST

Additional support via email in between sessions if you have questions, want to share accomplishments, or need additional encouragement or accountability

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Weekly on The Kitchen Table, I share reflections and practical tools to help you feel more at home in yourself—through food, movement, self-inquiry, or the rhythms that shape your life. I share my own routines and rituals that align with the cycles of nature, the planets, the seasons, to encourage you to develop holistic practices for your wellbeing. I also explore the interdisciplinary sources of inspiration from the culture at large that keep me plugged in, expanded, and motivated.
Recipe drops: expect a variety of nutrient-dense, targeted, and/or seasonal recipes with deeper dives on how they support our health
My musings on health: how I’m eating, techniques I’m turning to, what I’m exploring
